HBGCoNext is a global community and opportunity ecosystem designed to bring people, professionals, businesses, organisations and communities together through cultural, professional and social interests.
Why was HBGCoNext created?
HBGCoNext was created to address a simple problem: community information and relationships are often scattered across many platforms. HBGCoNext closes that gap by unifying People, Businesses, Services, Jobs, Events, Knowledge and Culture in one place.
Is HBGCoNext a social network?
HBGCoNext has social and communication features, but it is broader than a conventional social network. It combines professional networking, business discovery, recruitment, events, knowledge publishing and cultural connection.
Who Can Join
Who can join HBGCoNext?
The platform is designed for adults across the wider community, including individuals, professionals, business owners, consultants, cultural organisations and non-profits.
What are the different member types?
Six roles: Admin, Business Owner, Consultant, Non-Profit / Social Organisation, Individual, and Job Seeker. Each role has a tailored workspace with only the sections that apply.
Is the Job Seeker plan free?
Yes. The Job Seeker plan is completely free.
Can individuals join without a business profile?
Yes. Individuals can create a personal profile for networking and become discoverable within the member directory.
Profiles & Discovery
What is a HBGCoNext profile?
A HBGCoNext profile is your presence within the ecosystem. Depending on your role it can represent you as a professional, a business, a consultant or an organisation.
Can people discover me by country?
Yes. Country-wise member discovery is part of the Member Directory capability.
How are businesses discovered?
Businesses can be discovered through the Business Directory using country, category and keyword filters.
Jobs & Careers
How does the job wall work?
Employers can publish job opportunities on the Job Wall. Job seekers can browse listings and apply directly through the platform.
What is the application workflow?
The platform supports a structured application lifecycle: Applied → Shortlisted → Selected → Rejected. Every status change is logged for transparency.
When does messaging unlock for a job application?
The dedicated employer–job seeker messaging channel becomes available only when the employer moves the application to Selected status — not before.
Subscriptions & Pricing
Is HBGCoNext free to use?
Individuals and Job Seekers can join and use core features for free. Paid plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) unlock higher publishing limits for businesses and organisations.
What payment methods are accepted?
Razorpay supports UPI, net banking, cards and wallets for India. Stripe or Razorpay International supports USD and GBP payments.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your profile and content remain visible. Publishing limits revert to the free tier until renewed.
